Meet Muxin (沐心)
Muxin’s work focuses on helping clients shift patterns that feel deeply ingrained — anxiety that won’t quiet down, sleep that never feels restorative, and self-doubt that lingers despite knowing “better.”
As a registered member of the National Guild of Hypnotists (NGH), she works with the subconscious mind — where many of these patterns are formed and maintained — helping clients create change that feels natural rather than forced.
Coming from Taiwan, she understands what it feels like to grow up in an environment where self-worth is closely tied to performance. She recognises the quiet pressure to achieve, the pull towards perfectionism, and the tendency to seek validation externally. This allows her to connect deeply with clients who feel stuck in cycles of overthinking, self-criticism, or never feeling “good enough.”
Her Approach
Muxin takes a calm, client-centred approach, guiding clients into a relaxed and focused state where the mind becomes more receptive to change.
Her work supports clients to:
-
reduce anxiety and mental overactivity
-
improve sleep quality and emotional regulation
-
shift limiting beliefs held at a subconscious level
-
build a more stable and internal sense of self-worth
Rather than relying on willpower alone, she helps clients access deeper layers of the mind — where lasting change becomes more sustainable and effortless.
Who She Works With
Muxin works with individuals who may appear functional on the outside, but internally struggle with:
-
overthinking and persistent anxiety
-
poor sleep or difficulty switching off
-
low confidence or self-doubt
-
perfectionism and fear of failure
-
a strong need for validation or external approval
Her Aim
Her aim is to help clients feel more at ease within themselves — not because they have achieved more, but because they no longer feel the need to constantly prove their worth.
Muxin speaks English and Chinese.
